Hostplus is an Australian industry superannuation fund that manages retirement savings for its members. It operates as the fourth largest superannuation fund in Australia, overseeing over $100 billion in funds under management for approximately 1.77 million members and 301,000 contributing employers. Originally established for hospitality workers, Hostplus has since diversified to serve all Australians as a lifetime retirement provider, with offices in Adelaide and Melbourne. Key leadership includes CEO David Elia, Chief Investment Officer Sam Sicilia, and Chair Damien Frawley, with Chris Williams heading Private Markets. The fund has expanded its scale through strategic mergers, completing integrations with Statewide Super in 2022 and Maritime Super in 2023.
