Mario Costantini

Mario Costantini is the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of NEVA SGR, based in Turin, Italy. Before assuming his current executive position in 2020, he spent nearly two decades at the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, where he established and served as Director General of the Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center from 2014 to 2019. In his capacity at NEVA SGR, Costantini has led the deployment of over €150 million into early-stage companies and spearheaded fundraising efforts that secured €250 million in assets under management across the Neva First and Neva First Italia funds. An electronic engineer who graduated from the University of Genoa, he also serves as a board member for Endeavor Italia and recently collaborated with Commonwealth Fusion Systems. His career centers on directing venture capital investments and driving digital transformation initiatives across international technology sectors.
