Oliver Reuss

Oliver Reuss is an Executive Director and Investment Manager at the Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund based in Germany. Before joining the venture fund in 2018, he spent ten years at Boehringer Ingelheim holding various roles across business analytics, development, in-licensing, and healthcare innovation strategy. He previously completed five years of academic research at the University of Würzburg, where he earned a doctorate in molecular biology with a focus on infectious diseases. In his current capacity, Reuss leads the fund's digital healthcare investments across Europe and Israel, directing capital toward early-stage medical technology and artificial intelligence applications.
