Era

Era is a technology accelerator and early-stage venture capital fund based in New York City that provides seed funding and mentorship through biannual four-month programs. The firm has invested in more than 330 technology startups across various global industries, supporting them with a network of over 1,000 industry experts and hosting regular Demo Days for investor exposure. Alumni of the accelerator have collectively raised over $2 billion in follow-on capital and reached a combined market capitalization exceeding $10 billion. Operating with 187 employees and generating an estimated $10 million in revenue, the fund has backed portfolio companies such as esports organization Gen.G and startup Froth, which was established by Catie Cole, Dae Lim, and Harry Lee. Evolving from the Entrepreneurs Roundtable initiative, Era was founded in 2011 by Jonathan Axelrod, Murat Aktihanoglu, and Charlie Kemper.
