Murat Aktihanoglu

Murat Aktihanoglu is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA) and Remarkable Ventures, based in New York City. Since establishing ERA in 2011, he has directed investments into more than 375 early-stage technology startups across 29 cohorts, contributing to a collective portfolio market capitalization exceeding $10 billion. Before his career in venture capital, he founded the location-based social networking company Centrl in 2008 and established the Entrepreneurs Roundtable nonprofit in 2007. This nonprofit organization has subsequently hosted over 300 events for more than 75,000 participants. He holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University. His current investment focus spans enterprise software, artificial intelligence, digital health, and climate technology through the specialized Remarkable Ventures Climate fund.
