Safa Rashtchy

Safa Rashtchy is the Founder and Managing Partner at Think+ Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to transitioning to venture capital, he spent over a decade as a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at Piper Jaffray, where he covered the internet and media sectors and participated in more than 60 initial public offerings. During his tenure on Wall Street, Rashtchy played a pivotal role in the IPOs of major technology companies, including Baidu and Google. As an angel investor and venture capitalist, he has built a portfolio of over 40 early-stage investments, backing successful startups such as WebMD, VideoEgg, and SmartAsset. His current focus centers on providing seed capital and strategic guidance to emerging technology startups operating within the consumer internet, digital media, and artificial intelligence sectors.
