Kwanza Jones & Jos E. Feliciano SUPERCHARGED Initiative

The Kwanza Jones & José E. Feliciano SUPERCHARGED Initiative is a philanthropic grantmaking and impact investment organization based in Santa Monica, California, that combines traditional charitable giving with strategic investments in both nonprofit and for-profit ventures. It focuses on education, entrepreneurship, equity, and empowerment to advance opportunities for underrepresented communities, particularly women and people of color. The initiative has committed over $250 million across its four pillars, with more than $150 million specifically directed towards women and diverse founders and businesses. This includes over $30 million allocated to educational institutions and empowerment organizations, such as a $1.5 million philanthropic investment to Bennett College. Co-founded by artist and entrepreneur Kwanza Jones and Clearlake Capital co-founder José E. Feliciano, the organization was established in 2014.
