Randy Garg is the Founder and Managing Partner at Vistara Growth, an investment firm providing flexible growth capital to mid-to-late-stage technology companies across North America. With over 30 years of experience in venture capital and corporate finance, he previously served as a Managing Director at PwC Corporate Finance, where he led mergers, acquisitions, and financing mandates. Earlier in his career, Garg worked as a Principal at a venture capital fund and co-founded a family office fund in 2010 before launching Vistara. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from York University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of British Columbia, and serves on the board of the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association. Garg currently focuses on structuring growth debt and equity investments while supporting underrepresented STEM students through the Vistara Elevate Awards.
