Marcos Gonzalez

Marcos Gonzalez is the Managing Partner at Vamos Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Mexico City, Mexico. Before transitioning to venture capital, he co-founded multiple fintech and e-commerce startups and held leadership roles at Endeavor Mexico after earning an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey. At Vamos Ventures, Gonzalez oversees a portfolio of more than twenty companies and has managed over $50 million in total funds, including early investments in the unicorn startup Kueski. Under his direction, the firm closed its $60 million Fund III in 2024 and subsequently expanded its thesis by investing in the artificial intelligence agricultural technology startup AgroAI in early 2026. His current focus remains on bridging Latin American founders with global capital by leading seed and Series A investments across the financial, health, education, and logistics technology sectors.
