Israel Secondary Fund (ISF) is a Herzliya Pituach, Israel-based secondary investment firm that provides liquidity solutions by acquiring stakes in Israeli private technology companies and venture capital funds. The firm manages over $500 million across three closed-end funds, including its third fund, ISF III, which closed at $312 million in 2022 with backing from major Israeli and international institutions. ISF has completed over 80 transactions, investing in approximately 220 companies, and has realized more than 50 exits, including notable names like Waze, SolarEdge, MyHeritage, and Yotpo.
