Vrinda Gupta

Vrinda Gupta is the CEO and co-founder of Sequin, a financial technology company developing AI voice agents for consumer lenders, based in San Francisco, California. Before establishing Sequin, she worked as a Product Manager at Visa Inc., where she contributed to the development and launch of the Chase Sapphire Reserve credit card. Gupta completed her higher education in California, earning a Master of Business Administration from Berkeley Haas and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles. As a first-generation Indian immigrant, her entry into the financial technology sector was partly informed by her own experiences navigating the consumer credit system and facing initial credit rejections despite her industry employment. She currently focuses on integrating artificial intelligence into the financial services industry to automate collections and improve servicing workflows for consumer lenders.
