Founded in 1983 by Tracy W. Krohn, a petroleum engineer, his vision and industry background led to establishing a company dedicated to offshore oil and natural gas extraction. Krohn has continuously served as Chief Executive Officer since inception, also holding the position of Chairman of the Board.

W&T Offshore supplies the energy market with essential oil and natural gas.
