Golden Triangle Angel Network

Golden Triangle Angel Network is a non-profit investment group based in Kitchener, Ontario, that provides capital, mentorship, and networking resources to early-stage Canadian technology startups. The organization operates with approximately 70 active members who deploy personal capital into investment-ready businesses across the Waterloo Region technology hub, experiencing nearly 30 percent membership growth during the 2021 calendar year. Since its inception, the network has facilitated more than 150 investments, deploying over $60 million in total funding, which includes $8.3 million distributed across 24 companies during that same year. The group frequently collaborates with regional ecosystem partners such as Communi-Tech, MaRS, and Innovation Guelph to support commercialization, while its investment portfolio features notable technology companies like Top Hat. Currently managed by Executive Director Evan Clark, Golden Triangle Angel Network was founded in 2008.
