Cradle Seed Ventures (CSV) is the venture capital arm of Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s premier early-stage financier. It manages an early-stage fund, investing in technology startups within key verticals like internet, mobile, software, and hardware. CSV provides capital and strategic guidance, leveraging its parent company’s experience to support investees through development and market expansion.

Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd established Cradle Seed Ventures in 2015. This arose from the insight that a specialized VC entity could more effectively identify and empower high-potential technology startups. CSV was created to strengthen Cradle Fund's commitment to systematically foster innovation and economic growth within the Malaysian tech ecosystem.

CSV targets early-stage technology companies with strong growth potential, primarily investing at Series A. While focusing on Malaysian firms, it also invests in select foreign enterprises. Its vision is to nurture innovation and accelerate Malaysia's transformation into a high-tech nation, enabling portfolio companies to achieve significant market impact.
