Yaniv Jacobi

Yaniv Jacobi is the Managing Partner at YJVC, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Before transitioning to venture capital, he co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Lightbits Labs, a technology startup that was acquired by Western Digital in 2022. His operational experience also includes strategic roles at Illusive Networks, and he holds an Executive MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. Through YJVC, Jacobi recently closed a $50 million fund in the first quarter of 2025 and has built a portfolio of more than 20 startups across the United States and Israel. In March 2025, he presented as a featured speaker at the Cybertech Tel Aviv industry conference. He currently focuses on leading seed and Series A investments in cybersecurity, enterprise software, financial technology, and deep tech.
