Victor Ching

Victor Ching is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Miso, an on-demand home services platform based in Seoul, South Korea. Since establishing the consumer technology startup in 2016, he has directed the development of its mobile application to connect thousands of regional users with independent contractors for residential cleaning and maintenance repairs. Prior to launching Miso, Ching served as the Head of Product and Engineering for Delivery Hero Korea, a major subsidiary of the multinational food delivery corporation Delivery Hero. In this executive leadership capacity, he managed the technical infrastructure and marketplace logistics that scaled the regional food delivery operations to process more than 10 million monthly orders. His professional background and current focus center on product management, software engineering, and the rapid expansion of consumer marketplace applications across highly competitive Asian technology markets.
