Tom Wells

Tom Wells is the Atlanta, Georgia-based Managing Partner and Co-Founder of 10 Point Capital, as well as a Vice President on the franchise team at BIP Capital. Prior to his current executive roles, he gained over a decade of private equity and investment banking experience working at Century Park Capital Partners in Los Angeles and Harris Williams & Co in San Francisco. Through his leadership at 10 Point Capital, Wells has participated in more than forty franchise transactions and directed capital into prominent consumer brands including Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Slim Chickens. Additionally, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Phenix Salon Suites and Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux. His investment strategy primarily focuses on partnering with founders and operating executives to scale lower-middle market franchisors into dominant national restaurant and consumer brands.
