Tim Young is a Founding General Partner at Eniac Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm, and is currently based in San Francisco, California. Since co-founding the firm in 2009, he has raised multiple investment vehicles, including a $160 million Fund VI, and directed seed-stage investments across a portfolio of more than 150 startups. Through his leadership at Eniac Ventures, Young has facilitated early capital allocations into prominent technology companies such as Airbnb and Hinge. Before transitioning into venture capital, he worked as a patent attorney focusing on intellectual property and earned both a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Young currently focuses on identifying technical founders in the enterprise software sector while occasionally serving as a guest lecturer at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
