Tiger Wang

Tiger Wang is the Co-Founder and CTO of Nessie, an artificial intelligence software startup based in San Francisco, California. He established the two-person company in 2025 alongside co-founder Anna Zhang to develop shareable AI brains and personal knowledge bases, securing backing from Y Combinator for its F25 batch. Previously, Wang worked as a Software Engineer at Amazon, where he managed authentication and recommendation services processing 40 billion daily requests and deployed machine learning features generating an estimated $200 million in annual revenue impact. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Humanities from Yale University in 2024, building on early technical experience that included shipping an Android application with over 70,000 downloads at the age of 13. His current professional focus centers on advancing AI infrastructure, personal knowledge management, and large-scale systems engineering.
