Tejas Manohar

Tejas Manohar is the co-founder and CEO of Hightouch, a customer data platform headquartered in San Francisco, California. Prior to launching his current venture, he served as an early software engineer at Segment from 2014 to 2018, contributing to the data infrastructure startup's growth before its eventual $3.2 billion acquisition by Twilio. Manohar subsequently participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2019 batch and established Hightouch to develop and commercialize reverse ETL technology. Under his executive leadership, the enterprise has scaled to serve over 1,000 customers and secured more than $130 million in total financing, including an $80 million Series C round led by Battery Ventures in February 2025 that valued the business at $1.2 billion. His current professional focus remains heavily centered on advancing B2B software-as-a-service architecture, scalable data engineering, and artificial intelligence-powered marketing analytics.
