Taj Ahmad Eldridge

Taj Ahmad Eldridge serves as the Senior Director of Investments at the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI), where he directs investment initiatives, portfolio support, investor relations, and fundraising efforts. Prior to his current position, he worked as the Accelerator Director at the University of California Riverside, where he was instrumental in raising the Highlander Venture Fund. Eldridge previously operated his own independent investment fund, worked as a technology startup founder, and managed various portfolio growth initiatives across the broader early-stage business ecosystem. His academic background includes an MBA in International Economics from Pepperdine University, international business studies in Chile, and a BA in Poetry and Literature from Texas A&M University. Today, his professional focus centers on advancing cleantech venture capital, managing accelerator programs, and advocating for increased founder diversity within the global climate technology investment sector.
