Invictus Growth Partners is a private equity firm based in San Mateo, California, that acquires and invests in bootstrapped, capital-efficient companies within enterprise cloud software, cybersecurity, and fintech sectors. The firm manages $1.3 billion in assets, having closed its debut Fund I at $216 million along with $106 million in co-investments, and has completed seven platform investments to date. Invictus utilizes its proprietary AI-driven platform, DIANE, to source deals and enhance operational value creation, with five of its seven investments sourced through this technology.
