Tad Milbourn

Tad Milbourn is the Founder of RankedVote, an online platform designed to facilitate ranked-choice voting systems, and is currently based in Madison, Wisconsin. Prior to his current venture, he co-founded and led Payable, a financial technology startup focused on payment solutions for contract workers that successfully raised $2.9 million in venture capital. The company secured early backing from prominent institutional investors including Y Combinator, Redpoint, Freestyle, and General Catalyst before ultimately being acquired by Stripe. Before entering the early-stage startup ecosystem, Milbourn spent a decade holding various product and innovation roles at Intuit and earned his degree as an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
