Suzette Lo

Suzette Lo is the Vice President of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific Private Equity team at Bain Capital in Hong Kong. She joined the alternative investment firm in 2021 to oversee talent management and human capital operations across the broader APAC region. Prior to her current position, Lo served as the APAC People Lead at Deliveroo, managing regional human resources functions for the technology and food delivery platform. Her earlier career includes various human resources and talent management roles at major financial institutions and global media companies in Hong Kong, including Nomura, Bloomberg, Goldman Sachs, and Deutsche Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University, located in Massachusetts. Lo maintains a professional focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, and human capital strategy within the private equity, financial services, and technology sectors.
