Simon Ooley

Simon Ooley is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Veles, an enterprise sales technology startup based in Santa Barbara, California. He launched the AI-powered sales engagement platform in February 2024 after securing initial seed funding and participating in the Y Combinator Winter 2024 accelerator cohort. Prior to founding Veles, Ooley served as Director of Sales at Buildr CRM from 2019 to 2022, and subsequently held enterprise sales roles at SINAI Technologies between 2022 and 2023. His earlier career trajectory spans from an initial business development representative role to international sales operations leadership positions at Procore Technologies, where he focused on go-to-market strategy and organizational quota attainment. Ooley currently focuses on modernizing enterprise sales methodologies by developing artificial intelligence tools that optimize use case-based selling, integrate with call recording systems, and improve overall buyer engagement.
