Scott Pressly

Scott Pressly is the Founder of 10 Point Capital, a private equity firm focused on expanding emerging franchise concepts. He previously co-founded the venture capital firm BIP Capital and held corporate leadership positions at Roark Capital Group, The Walt Disney Company, and Dow Chemical. Throughout his 25-year career in private equity and brand management, Pressly has invested in more than 30 franchise businesses, including recognizable names like Cinnabon, Schlotzsky's Deli, and McAlister's Deli. Notably, he directed the strategic transformation of Tropical Smoothie Café, scaling the brand to over 850 retail locations nationwide. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Florida and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Pressly's current focus remains on utilizing his proprietary accelerator model to identify and scale dominant franchise brands across the consumer sector.
