Schuyler Deerman

Schuyler Deerman is the co-founder and CEO of Positive Food Co., a consumer packaged goods company based in Los Angeles, California. Founded in January 2017 and backed by Y Combinator and Wayfinder Ventures, the 47-employee business operates as a B2B supplier of premium, healthy grab-and-go meals. Under his leadership, the company distributes its fresh food products through major retail channels, including Whole Foods Market, Bristol Farms, and Gelson's. Previously, Deerman co-founded Silicon Allee in February 2011, establishing a prominent Berlin-based community for international startups. Through this organization, he helped launch the Berlin Founders Fund in 2020, which has since backed over 30 early-stage startups that collectively raised more than $50 million in venture capital.
