Ryan Jeffery

Ryan Jeffery is the Senior Managing Director for Sustainability at gener8tor, where he leads accelerator programs focused on early-stage climate technology startups. In this role, he directs initiatives that provide $100,000 investments and 12 weeks of mentorship to cohorts of five to six companies, leveraging a network of over 100 mentors and 500 climate-specific investors. His work supports gener8tor’s broader portfolio, which encompasses more than 1,000 startups that have collectively raised over $1.4 billion in follow-on capital during the past decade. Prior to his current position, Jeffery operated as an environmental private equity investor, a four-time startup founder, and a climate tech chief executive officer, while also launching the Entrepreneurs for Impact Podcast. His professional background centers on scaling sustainability investments and providing strategic guidance to founders navigating the zero-to-one growth stages of environmental enterprise.
