Rohin Dhar

Rohin Dhar is a San Francisco real estate agent, Leasing Specialist at Hemlane, and vacation rental investor who previously founded the Y Combinator-funded startup Priceonomics before its acquisition. An alumnus of Stanford Business School and Dartmouth College, Dhar began his early career with roles as a Summer Associate at LEK Consulting and an intern at JP Morgan. Since 2014, he has built a luxury Airbnb portfolio across six markets, including Yosemite and Kauai, while helping clients purchase San Francisco properties valued between $1.5 million and $12.6 million. He operates a popular X account with over 100,000 followers dedicated to analyzing local property markets and finding good real estate deals. Dhar resides in the Richmond District with his wife and two kids, having purchased his primary residence in 2023, and is preparing to obtain his California real estate license.
