Richard White is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fathom, an artificial intelligence meeting assistant platform. He began his entrepreneurial career as the first employee and lead designer at Kiko, a Y Combinator-backed calendaring startup that was ultimately acquired for $258,000. Following Kiko, White founded UserVoice in 2008, serving as Chief Executive Officer while raising $9 million in funding and guiding the customer feedback software company to profitability over a 13-year tenure before transitioning to Chairman. He subsequently launched Fathom, securing a $4.7 million seed round and a $2 million crowdfunding campaign to develop an application that became the fastest-growing product on the HubSpot Marketplace in 2024. White holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University and currently focuses on designing low-friction, business-to-business software applications for workplace productivity.
