Ray Joyce

Ray Joyce is a development professional at the Boston University School of Social Work, based in Acton, Massachusetts. Over a 35-year career in non-profit management and fundraising, he has raised more than $75 million across four organizations. His previous leadership roles include serving as Executive Director at Voice of the Faithful and Director of Development at Lazarus House Ministries, where he directed a capital campaign exceeding $5 million. Earlier in his career, Joyce held positions at public television stations WGBH and WGBY, following initial private-sector marketing and sales experience at Wang Laboratories. He holds an MBA from the Boston University Questrom School of Business and a degree from Merrimack College, and previously served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica. His current focus remains on securing major philanthropic gifts to support educational and social impact missions.
