RAULLEN CHAI

Raullen Chai is a Principal at Antler Southeast Asia, based in Singapore, where he directs early-stage technology investments across the region. Before joining Antler in 2023, he worked as an investor at Golden Gate Ventures and began his professional career in strategy consulting at Bain & Company. Chai has developed a portfolio of more than twenty early-stage companies, notably backing the startup Cove, which successfully achieved a unicorn valuation in 2022. In his current capacity, he recently led capital investments exceeding $1 million into three distinct Southeast Asian fintech startups during 2025, while also sharing his industry insights at the Tech in Asia Conference. Holding a bachelor's degree in economics from University College London, Chai maintains a primary focus on bridging early-stage fintech, software, and deep tech ventures with broader global markets.
