IoTeX

IoTeX establishes an open ecosystem for real-world artificial intelligence, transforming data from physical machine networks into collective intelligence. It creates dynamic knowledge bases, called Realms, continuously refreshed with real-time, domain-specific data, providing AI real-world insight. Core infrastructure includes a blockchain for secure settlement, a decentralized identity protocol (ioID) for machines, and QuickSilver, a real-time AI interaction layer.

Founded in 2017 by Raullen Chai and Qevan Guo, IoTeX recognized AI needed real-time data to unlock its full potential. Chai, Uber's former Head of Cryptography R&D, contributed expertise in secure systems. They aimed to build a decentralized infrastructure for securely integrating data from machines and human interactions.

The platform serves intelligent systems, including physical AIs and various AI models, enabling machine intelligence economies with customized incentives and real-time coordination. IoTeX envisions a human-centric AI future, where trusted, ubiquitous data from physical interactions powers next-generation AI, fostering automation.
