Peter Misek

Peter Misek is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of FRAMEWORK, where he leads technology and IT venture capital investments. He brings over 20 years of experience in venture capital and investment banking, having previously served as an Advisor and Partner at DN Capital and a Partner at the BDC IT Venture Fund. Before transitioning to venture capital, Misek worked in global technology analysis, holding the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Technology Research at Jefferies in New York, alongside his tenure at Canaccord. Throughout his career, he has advised on multiple unicorn investments and backed notable portfolio companies, including TouchBistro, Wattpad, and Wave Financial. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University and maintains CA, CPA, and CFA designations. Misek currently focuses on leveraging his extensive financial analysis background to scale technology startups.
