Olli Sirkiä

Olli Sirkiä is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Seedi, a venture building and investment firm based in Helsinki, Finland. Through Seedi, he has co-founded and scaled more than 20 independent businesses across various sectors while managing a portfolio of early-stage investments. Prior to establishing his own firm, Sirkiä built his corporate strategy expertise as a management consultant at Accenture, where he advised multinational enterprise clients. He is also a founding member of Kasvuryhmä, a prominent Finnish scale-up community that supports mid-sized companies in achieving revenue targets exceeding €10 million. Holding a master's degree from the Helsinki University of Technology, he currently serves on the board of directors for multiple emerging Nordic technology startups. Sirkiä focuses on operational scaling, executive leadership development, and driving long-term commercial growth within the European venture ecosystem.
