Olivier Issaly

Olivier Issaly is a Partner at 50 Partners Impact based in Paris, France, where he leads early-stage venture capital investments focused on sustainable and societal outcomes. Before joining the firm in early 2023, he served as an Investment Director at the French public investment bank Bpifrance and held positions at Idinvest Partners, which is now part of Eurazeo. Throughout his career, Issaly has been involved in more than 20 investments and manages funds targeting over €50 million in assets under management, with notable portfolio exits including the health insurance unicorn Alan. The HEC Paris and ESSEC Business School graduate recently led a 2024 investment in the biotechnology startup Sorbiom and presented on venture trends at VivaTech 2025. His current investment strategy primarily targets European early-stage startups operating within the climate technology, sustainability, deep technology, and health technology sectors.
