Nomrota Sarker

Nomrota Sarker is the Founder of Saus Taus, a specialized food and beverage manufacturing company based in Bangladesh. She earned a degree in economics from North South University before beginning her professional career as an investor in the regional venture capital sector. Transitioning from investment to entrepreneurship, Sarker established Saus Taus following extensive market research to manufacture and export traditional Bangladeshi sauces and condiments to international markets. Her manufacturing operations prioritize environmental sustainability across the supply chain and are driven by a predominantly female workforce. Sarker was recently recognized as a Season 2 winner of the BTI Stellar Women award in the entrepreneurship category for her innovative approach to the consumer goods space. Her current focus remains on scaling her female-led production facility while expanding the global distribution footprint of regional culinary products.
