Nikhita Jaaswal is an Investment Partner at Soma Capital based in New York, New York. Since joining the venture capital firm in 2022, she has focused on early-stage investments, seed portfolio support, and growth-stage transactions across the technology, life sciences, and media sectors. Prior to her current role, Jaaswal worked at LEK Consulting, conducting commercial due diligence for private equity clients and executing corporate strategy engagements within the new-age biotech and technology industries. She previously served as a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Intern at ZS and earned a bachelor's degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, alongside a minor in Global Health, from the University of California, Los Angeles. While at UCLA, she was involved in a club supporting early-stage startups, helping build the foundation for her current career providing investments and operational guidance.
