Najam Kidwai

Najam Kidwai is a Partner and Co-Founder at Equiam, a venture capital fund focused on private markets investing. Previously, he served as the founding Chief Executive Officer of two distinct technology companies that successfully scaled and achieved initial public offerings. He also founded and led Real Time Content, a proprietary adaptive media platform that was ultimately acquired by the NASDAQ-listed enterprise corporation Pitney Bowes. In his institutional investment career, Kidwai held roles at Stanford Research International and Edge Venture Capital, where he helped manage a $100 million early-stage fund. He currently maintains active board and advisory positions across several technology startups and investment firms, including Neurable, ForgeGlobal, Alpha Square Group, and Boxed. His current focus centers on early-stage venture capital and private market investments across the enterprise software, adaptive media, and natural language understanding sectors.
