Mike Hill

Mike Hill is the cofounder and Managing Director of Bombora Investment Management, an Australian private equity and investment firm. He currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman for several publicly traded entities, including Janison Education Group and Beamtree Holdings, while also holding active director positions at Mad Paws Holdings and Gratifii. Previously, Hill worked as an Operational Partner at the private equity firm Ironbridge, where he managed corporate transactions across multiple industries and helped oversee $1.5 billion in total funds under management. Before his tenure at Ironbridge, he served as a Partner at Ernst and Young, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accountancy from the University of South Australia, and became a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Today, his primary professional focus remains on executing private equity investments and providing corporate governance for emerging growth companies.
