Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor is a Partner on the Co-Investment Team at Adams Street Partners, operating out of the New York City Metropolitan Area. Within the fully employee-owned firm, which currently manages approximately $58 billion in total assets, he holds active roles on both the Co-Investment Committee and the New Product Committee. Taylor transitioned to his current co-investment position in 2020 after spending eight years evaluating and executing deals on the firm's Primary Investment Team. Prior to his tenure at Adams Street Partners, he began his financial career as an Investment Banking Analyst within the Global Industrials Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he maintained a specific focus on the automotive sector. An alumnus of Amherst College, Taylor currently focuses on sourcing, screening, executing, and coordinating the exits of private equity co-investments across global private markets.
