Michael Eisenberg is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Aleph VC, an early-stage venture capital firm located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Since co-founding the firm in 2013, he has helped manage $850 million in total assets across four funds, including a $300 million investment vehicle launched in December 2021. Prior to this role, he served as a Managing Partner at Benchmark Capital starting in 2005, where he directed early investments in prominent technology companies such as Wix.com and WeWork. At Aleph, his investment portfolio encompasses over 50 startups, featuring notable transactions like Lemonade, which completed its initial public offering in 2020, and Frank, which was acquired by JPMorgan Chase. His current investment focus centers on supporting early-stage Israeli entrepreneurs who are developing global companies across the financial technology, deep tech, and developer tool sectors.
