Michael BRAUN

Michael Braun is a Senior Venture Partner at 415 Capital, where he focuses on the technical evaluation of prospective medical device investments. A biomedical engineer and inventor holding multiple medical patents, he previously served as Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CoRRect Medical GmbH, leading the enterprise until its acquisition by Uniphar PLC in 2021. Braun also co-founded Symedrix GmbH and previously worked as the Research and Development Director at Reverse Medical Corp., which was acquired by Covidien in 2015. Earlier in his career, he held engineering roles at Medtronic and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Aachen in Germany. He currently leverages his extensive technical experience inventing products like the Polyflex stent to advise venture capital investments and provide clinical trial support to dozens of early-stage medtech startups.
