Joshua Chang

Joshua Chang is the Co-Founder of Locata, an emerging healthcare IT company based in New York, New York. In this executive role, he is responsible for driving corporate growth, managing process improvements, and scaling operations for the two-person startup as it prepares for its Summer 2025 initiatives. Prior to launching his own venture, Chang was employed as a Software Engineer at Google, where he focused on engineering artificial intelligence products that ultimately served a global audience of over one billion users. He completed his higher education at Stanford University, graduating with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science while specializing heavily in artificial intelligence. Chang's professional focus remains on combining his rigorous academic training with enterprise software engineering experience to develop highly scalable artificial intelligence solutions for the modern healthcare industry.
