Isaac Nichols

Isaac Nichols is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Certus AI, an artificial intelligence automation startup based in San Francisco, USA. Founded in 2025 with an initial team of three employees, the company is participating in the Y Combinator Summer 2025 batch to develop voice AI technology that replaces traditional restaurant phone lines. Prior to launching his current venture, Nichols served as a founding engineer at Hive AI and previously co-founded two other early-stage technology startups. He began his professional technical career at age sixteen with a full-time engineering internship at Falcon Eye Drones, which preceded his independent work building a comprehensive full-stack hospitality management system. His engineering background and current entrepreneurial focus center on deploying artificial intelligence systems to create operational leverage across the logistics, telecommunications, and restaurant technology sectors.
