Gurveer Singh is the Co-founder and CEO of Certus AI, a technology company developing artificial intelligence voice agents for the restaurant industry. He began his career in the hospitality sector at age nine, eventually helping scale his family's restaurant business from a single location into an 11-unit operation. Prior to his current venture, Singh co-founded a restaurant growth startup before pivoting to address the $100 billion to $120 billion in annual revenue lost to missed phone calls across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. At Certus AI, he leads the development of automated systems that manage orders and reservations by integrating directly with platforms like Toast, Square, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. Singh currently focuses on leveraging his operational experience to build scalable automation tools that prevent revenue loss for independent food service operators.
