Fil Twarowski

Fil Twarowski is the CEO of Rift, an early-stage technology startup based in San Francisco, California. A three-time participant in the Y Combinator accelerator program, he launched and led Rift through the organization's Winter 2023 batch. Prior to his current executive venture, Twarowski served as the foundational first business hire at Pulley following its Winter 2020 batch, where he focused heavily on business operations, growth, and go-to-market strategy in the cap table management space. Before joining Pulley to help scale their operations, he was the founding CEO of Point API, another Y Combinator-backed software startup from the Winter 2018 cohort. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, having graduated in the year 2017. Twarowski's professional background centers entirely on founding, operating, and scaling early-stage B2B software ventures within the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
