Daivik Goel

Daivik Goel is the Founder of Shor, a financial technology platform focused on global workforce hiring and payments, and is based across tech hubs including San Francisco, Toronto, and New York City. Before launching his current venture, he held product management and software engineering roles at prominent technology companies, including Tesla and Cisco Meraki, alongside several early-stage startups. Goel earned a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where he developed specialized technical expertise in building financial infrastructure and rapidly shipping production APIs. In addition to his corporate and technical background, he established Founders Brew, an entrepreneurial community that actively connects more than 2,000 startup founders across major North American markets. His current professional focus centers on scaling Shor to provide efficient and cost-effective payroll infrastructure for distributed global engineering and product teams.
