Christal Wang

Christal Wang is the San Francisco, California-based Co-Founder and CEO of Shimmer, a healthtech startup providing specialized coaching for adults with ADHD. In February 2024, she led the Y Combinator-backed company in securing a $2.2 million seed funding round to further expand its specialized digital care operations. Previously, Wang worked as a management Consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on private equity and social impact, and managed international launch and growth initiatives for a global consumer rewards platform. She holds an undergraduate honors business degree and is currently on an official leave from dual MBA and MPH programs at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. Recognized on the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 Healthcare list, Wang focuses her career on leveraging consumer technology to scale accessible neurodiversity care and broader social impact initiatives.
