Avi Konduru

Avi Konduru is the co-founder of Shor, an artificial intelligence and cryptocurrency-powered global Employer of Record platform currently backed by Y Combinator. Participating in the YC S25 cohort, he is actively developing AI agents and utilizing stablecoins to facilitate international payroll and employment services. Before launching Shor, Konduru co-founded a rent-to-own real estate exchange platform, where he successfully facilitated more than $2 million in total home sales. His prior technical background includes corporate experience working as a machine learning software engineer at Kensho Technologies and as a quantitative analyst at Wells Fargo. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science earned from the University of Texas at Austin. Konduru's career focuses on applying machine learning engineering and quantitative finance principles to build scalable software solutions across the human resources, fintech, and proptech sectors.
